Refund policy

Custom items are shipped out within 2-4 weeks. Double check your order information (name spelling, colors, shipping info, etc.) because once order is fulfilled, it cannot be changed. Once package has left the UPS/USPS office, we can no longer control the delivery of the package. If there is a delivery concern, please refer to USPS/UPS for assistance.

Each item created from Treaded Promises is individually handmade and sewn. Slight variations in font and size may occur. The customer assumes all responsibility of all liability when purchasing an item from Cora Jade. Refunds and returns are unaccepted due to our pieces being custom and made to order. Please reach out if you have any problems with your order. Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions before ordering your items! We are happy to assist with color suggestions and combinations.
