Threaded Promises

Hi, I'm Delilah—

I'm a wife to an incredible husband, and mama to two very active, loving boys.

Threaded Promises began in 2024, just two weeks after I became a first-time mom. My husband and I were thousands of miles away from our families, navigating those early newborn days together with our sweet son, Ryan.

Just before Ryan was born, I discovered a love for crochet. I made his very first blanket and a tiny pair of booties. From there, I couldn't stop wondering what else I could create for him. As I searched for more handmade baby items, I came across hand-embroidered name sweaters. I instantly fell in love.

I bought my first sweater, a needle, and some yarn, and stitched Ryan's very first embroidered sweater. From that moment on, I knew I had found something special. Creating meaningful, personalized pieces for my son brought me so much joy.

After Ryan was born, I continued making keepsakes for family and friends. Eventually, I decided to share my work on Facebook, never imagining where that small step would lead. What started as a simple hobby has grown into Threaded Promises, and now, in 2026, I'm so grateful to welcome you to my very own website.

I truly can't express how thankful I am for every person who has supported this dream. Whether you've placed an order, shared my work, or encouraged me along the way, you've helped make this journey possible.
